Shipping Policy
All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
For shipments to UK mainland addresses standard shipping costs are £3.99. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 working days by Royal Mail subject to postal delays.

Refund and Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Products can only be exchanged for items that are in stock.
• Products that are listed as non-refundable can only be refunded if damaged or faulty at the time of receipt. In such instances we aim to assess the refund on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us at the return address provided in the email.
We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 7 working days of receipt of the products. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process any returned payments to your account.
